Stillbuilt.co is a one-person studio. This page says plainly what the site collects, why, where it goes, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
Only what you type into one of the two forms on this site.
- The contact form. Your name, email address, company name, the type of project, your timeline, and whatever you write in the brief.
- The free SEO audit. The address of the page you ask us to scan. If you then request the full breakdown by email, your name, your email address, and what you told us you want to focus on.
Both forms are optional. You can read every page on this site without giving us anything.
Why we collect it
To reply to you. A contact submission is a project enquiry and we answer it; an audit request is a report you asked for and we send it. We do not sell your information, we do not share it for anyone else's marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list. If we follow up on an enquiry, it is about that enquiry, and you can tell us to stop at any time.
Where it goes
Nothing you submit is written to a database. Each submission becomes an email to bryson@stillbuilt.co and lives in that mailbox. Two companies handle it on the way:
- Cloudflare hosts the site and runs the code behind the forms. Your request passes through their network. To stop the forms being abused, Cloudflare also counts how many requests come from your IP address over the last minute; that count expires on its own and we never see or keep it.
- Resend delivers the email. Your submission passes through their service to reach our mailbox and, for audit reports, to reach you.
Both are processors acting on our instructions. We do not send your information anywhere else.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in the mailbox for as long as the conversation is live and for up to two years afterwards, so we can pick up a thread that goes quiet and come back to it. Audit requests are deleted within twelve months. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you or following you to other sites. There is no advertising network, no tracking pixel, and nothing to consent to, which is why you are not being asked to dismiss a banner.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you are in the EU or UK, that is your right under the GDPR; if you are in California, under the CCPA and CPRA. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it, so there is nothing for you to opt out of. We will not treat you differently for asking.
Email bryson@stillbuilt.co and say what you want done. We will reply within 30 days, and usually the same week.
Children
This is a business-to-business site. It is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16.
Changes
If what the site collects changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. There is no version history to dig through.
